I turisti arrivano da ogni parte del globo per vedere la Casa ed il Museo di Shakespeare ed anche altre quattro residenze in un certo senso collegate allo scrittore ed alla sua vita. Queste sono: Nash’s House, New Place, Hall’s Croft ed il Cottage di Anne Hathaway a Shottery, nelle vicinanze di Stratford. Il Royal Shakespeare Theatre, sede della Royal Shakespeare Company e situato sul fiume Avon, verrà riaperto al pubblico nel 2010 dopo massicci lavori di ristrutturazione. Oltre a Shakespeare, anche il Festival della Musica di Stratford, una manifestazione a carattere annuale, ed il Festival Letterario costituiscono dei buoni motivi per recarsi in questa storica cittadina mercantile.
