Hanmer Springs is the one of the oldest tourist destinations in New Zealand. Located halfway between Christchurch and Picton on the East coast of the South island, its an ideal place for those wanting a quiet break, or a great place to break a touring journey. Also not far from the Whale watching activites of Kaikoura.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and of good size, many have views over the gardens. All rooms include; mini bar, Iron and ironing board ,Sky TV
modem access, bathrobes, hairdryer ,refrigerator and tea/coffee facilties.
Ristorante
The main dining room is beautifully decorated and designed, with seating for over a 100 persons. Serves high quality New Zealand and international cuisine for breakfast , lunch and dinner.
