Atmosfera piacevole, servizio cordiale. L'albergo è molto facile da raggiungere in macchina grazie anche alle numerose indicazioni. Ci vorrebbe un computer nella lobby per poter accedere ad internet, c'è counque un internet point a due passi dall'hotel. Raggiungere il centro di Graz richiede pochi minuti a piedi.
