Hotel is set on the outskirts of Limerick, along the Dublin/limerick road. The hotel has fine views of Limerick city. Situated on 14 acres in the heart of Ireland's Mid West among, National Technology Park and the University of Limerick. The University Concert Hall, which plays host to a wide range of leading musical and other events, is a ten-minute walk from the hotel.
