Frequento l'hotel da almeno 5 anni per permanenze annuali da almeno 25 notti, la sua sistemazione ambientale è eccellente come del resto il servizio. La cucina occidentale è buona ma statica da anni sullo stesso menu. Il punto debole è la mancanza, dopo anni d'uso, di un rinnovo manutentivo sostanziale : la sistemazione delle stanze, dei rivestimenti dei pavimenti, delle attrezzature ed impianti lascia molto a desiderare. Rispetto ad altre realtà alberghiere in Suzhou, presenti con un'offerta di estrema qualità, questo hotel sta perdendo punti e clienti.
